Mr. Qaidar is a faculty member at the University of Telafer and currently serves as the Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations. He holds a Master’s degree and is pursuing his Ph.D. studies abroad. He has extensive experience in academic cooperation, international relations, managing scholarship programs, organizing scientific workshops and training courses, developing academic partnerships, coordinating cultural exchange programs, and promoting innovation and research collaboration between universities.
