Fadhel Ali Abdullah. Holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of Arts, Department of Arabic Language, University of Mosul, year 1994-1995. Appointed to the staff of Tal Afar University in 2012. Held the position of Director of Internal Departments until 2019. Since that time, I have held the position of Head of the Cultural Relations Division in the Scholarships Department, and currently work at the Office of the Scientific Assistant at the University Presidency, in addition to my other duties.
